In continuation of my Secret Despatch of the

25th. February, 1915, I have the honour to transmit the enclosed

paraphrases and translations of cypher and code telegrams exchang-

-ed with you on the subject of the Anglo-German War.

The information contained in your cypher tele-

-gram of the 6th. March has been communicated to the Harbour Master

who has been instructed to comply with your instructions.
